Concomitant use may cause hypersensitivity reactions including anaphylaxis. Two patients experienced hypersensitivity reactions within 10-15 minutes of medroxyprogesterone acetate injection after PEGVALIASE-PQPZ dosing, with one progressing to anaphylaxis.
