( 7.1 ) • Cyclosporine and Fluconazole : Avoid use with fluvastatin sodium extended-release tablets. Fluconazole Clinical impact Fluconazole coadministration increases fluvastatin exposure. The risk of myopathy and rhabdomyolysis may be increased with concomitant use of fluconazole with fluvastatin sodium extended-release tablets.
