Description
Co-administration with fibrates other than fenofibrate is not recommended until adequately studied. Fibrates may increase cholesterol excretion into bile, leading to cholelithiasis.
Mechanism
Increased cholesterol excretion into bile; ezetimibe increases gallbladder cholesterol
